Activate UAN EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organisation) online service, Know UAN activation status epfo online services under the employees section of the main menu bar. To activate your UAN number or account kindly visit at Activate UAN  link 1 and Activate UAN link 2. Before the activation of UAN number from EPFO online services, you should check your UAN activation from Check UAN Status online or Know your UAN status online from this link. Kindly fill all the required fields which showing information like the above image.

Where * means all the required fields. Please fill the information very carefully. 

1. First fill UAN number in particular field which field enabled. Only enabled fields, you can fill this fields. If you want to enable other field then, click on the particular radio button to enable it and fill the required details or information which asked by this form.

2. Enter your Registered Name in epfo in the particular field.

3. Enter your Registered Date of Birth (DOB) in epfo in the particular field.

4. Enter your Mobile Number in the particular field.

5. Enter the Captcha Text in the particular field which showing in the particular field.

6. After that click on the Get Authorization Pin button to get an OTP on your mobile number. When you clicked on the Get Authorization Pin button, you will be receive an OTP on your mobile number instantly within the time bound.

After that an screen will be appeared in the front of you like this below image.

When you receive an OTP on your mobile number, Enter them into the particular field like Enter OTP field. And when you entered OTP in the particular field then, just after that click on the Validate OTP and Activate UAN button to activate your UAN number from epfo successfully. A message will be displayed on the screen.

Then after You will be again received and successfully activation message on your registered mobile number with UAN number and their Password. Kindly keep this information carefully for further use.
