Dears EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organisation) India, Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE), Government of India, members can view or check your passbooks or balance of EPF (Employees Provident Fund).
Important Instruction:
1. Only registered epfo members on Unified Member Portal can view or check their member passbook or balance online and also if any member want to download their passbook then can do it instantly.
2. Passbook will be available after Six Hours (06 Hrs.) of registration at Unified Member Portal.
3. Changes in credentials at Unified Member Portal will be effective at this portal after 06 Hours .
4. Passbook will have the entries which has been reconciled at the EPFO field offices.
5. Passbook facility not be available for the Exempted Establishment Members / Settled Members / In-Operative Members.

View Passbooks Process EPFO :
Dears epfo members, if you want to know about your epfo balance or view your passbooks or check your epfo balance online then View Image carefully and follow instruction as given below in this picture.
A mobile number or phone will be require to get an OTP on your registered mobile number instantly and after that enter the current received OTP in the following OTP field when appear on your screen instantly.
Activate UAN :
If your UAN number is not activated then you can activate your UAN number by clicking on Activate UAN link just provide some useful information in the particular fields like UAN number, Employees Name, Date of Birth (DOB) and Mobile number etc. as according to the particular form and instructions which appear on your screen.A mobile number or phone will be require to get an OTP on your registered mobile number instantly and after that enter the current received OTP in the following OTP field when appear on your screen instantly.
Know your UAN Status :
Members can check your UAN status online by clicking on Know your UAN Status link just provide such information on the appear screen. Just fill the required fields when you click on your Know Your UAN Status link. Provide some basic information to know your UAN Status online.
Login to View Passbook :
1. To view or check epf balance online you have a valid User ID (User Name) as UAN (Universal Account Number) which to be enter in the particular UAN field which shown in the above image.
2. You have a valid Password (PWD) as password which to be enter in the particular Password field as shown in the above image.
3. A automatic captcha code will be appear on your screen when you open to view epfo balance or passbook online. This is random captcha code generated automatic with combination of letter, number and both etc. If you facing problem or if this captcha code is not clear then click on change captcha text or code to get a new captcha code instantly appear on your screen and enter this captcha code in the particular Captcha field.
4. When you completed or filled all the above field then, click on the Login button to view your epfo balance or passbook online.
Note : If any epf members lost their password then click on Forgot Password Option 1 or Forgot Password Option 2 by clicking on the Forgot Password option to get or generate a new password according to your need. For more information kindly visit at Our Websites :

Passbook Dashboard :
When you successfully logged in using your user id or name and password then a new user window will be appear on your screen, where you can see or download your epf balance and passbook by selecting your member ids.
To view your respective epf balance or passbook then you need to select or click on your unique member id then your passbook will be auto display in .pdf extension which you can save or download for further use.
All of your epf contribution will be shown in this passbook like Employees (ee) share, Employer (er) share and Pension Contribution also.
