Process for Summation or automatic calculation of Two or More Numbers in MS Word,

First of all, we should create a table in MS Word like as :

Step1 :    Just click on the Insert Menu or Tab from the menu bar    displaying at the top of workspace. After clicking on this    menu a standard tools bar will be display in front of you like  as :





Step2:     You see a table tool in gray color, just click on this down arrow button, after that an additional pop-up menu will appear, in this pop-up menu you will see a command tool of Insert Table, click on this Inset Table command tool.





                   A dialog box will be appear like as :






Step3:        You need to fill this dialog box with number of columns and number of rows. You fill any number according to your need then just click on the OK button to complete this process otherwise click on the Cancel button  to avoid it. After that a table inserted in your workspace area as:





























Step4:        Just fill this above blank table as you like or enter data according to your need which specified by you or others. In my case I fill this table like as for demo purpose :

Step5:        At the final stage, now we adding these numbers in the above table. Just bring your mouse pointer in targeted columns or selected column which column do you want to add above given numbers.

                   A layout tab or menu will appear when you click in any cell inn                     column or row. When this tab will appear then click on this 
                   tab, this tab having a tool bar in right side like
                   Formula Command like as :




Step6:        When you click this command, you will find an additional dialog box  as :




Step7:        In above dialog box, you need to click on this OK button to Sum the Above numbers in particular column, You will repeat this process each time to SUM all columns in the table.

                   A final table will be as :
